I got referred to Redline Tools by my equipment manufacturer, the tech fella Ben told me to check you out on our drilling process. We have 100’s of thousands of holes to drill in aluminum plate materials for our customers. We’ve been drilling 272 holes through ½” aluminum using a peck G-code and doing those hole in about a 30 minute cycle time. In a normal 8 hour shift we produce around 50-60 parts. I started using your bits and was apprehensive to go at the speed you were telling me to run the bit ( I called and spoke to you over the phone). I backed off a little and based on the sound of the machine and metal flying but I wanted to tell you that we are tripled our output with your bits! On our last job we drilled over a ½” mile of aluminum in 2 days…..using one bit. It’s still going strong. I am so thankful for the guys behind the design, implementation, materials employed; all the expertise, including yourself. Just wanted to thank you and let you know how grateful I am. We are a small manufacturer, but I can tell you that we will stay with Red Line Tools and recommend them to anyone who asks.

Last week, you sent me some 3/16" RedLine endmills to try out on a production job we have. We were using Accupro and Niagra, with those we were getting about 750 pcs and by that time they were absolutely shot with big hanging burs. With the RedLine ones, we are getting 3000 pcs and we're changing them because they're just starting to push a bur into the threads. The RedLine Tools are performing amazing.

Works perfect, arrived before I needed it for a particular job. Cuts threads great on PVC pipe, as that is my experience using this tap.

Got the bits today, cutting well. Thanks again for the order and including the catalog. There is definitely a lot of useful information in there, just from browsing through it I could tell I will be speaking with you again in the near future.
